摘要
[目的]了解广东省中山地区护理人员血源性病原体职业暴露的防护行为及防护用具的供应情况,为加强职业暴露的管理提供依据。[方法]使用自行设计的调查问卷对广东省中山地区20所医院不同科室769名护理人员血源性病原体职业暴露的发生率、上报情况、防护行为、对防护工具及防护设施的满意度进行调查。[结果]血源性病原体职业暴露的发生率为41.74%,上报率为13.65%;"侵入性操作时戴双层手套"和"有血液/体液喷溅可能时采取防护"两项的落实率为27.43%、34.72%;不同级别医院、不同科室护理人员的防护措施不同(P<0.05);不同级别医院、不同科室的护理人员对医院职业防护环境及用具的满意程度比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),一级医院护士对职业防护环境及用具的满意度低于二级、三级医院。[结论]医院管理者应重视安全的职业环境建设,提供足够的防护用具,加强培训,监督临床护士对防护用具的使用,加强暴露后的管理。
Objective：To know about protective behaviors on bloodborne pathogens occupational exposure and protective equipment supply among nursing staff in Zhongshan area ,so as to provide the basis for strengthe-ning the management of occupational exposure .Methods：By using a self designed questionnaire ,a total of 769 nurses in different departments from 20 hospitals in Zhongshan area Guangdong province were investigated on the incidence ,reported and protective behaviors of bloodborne pathogens occupational exposure and satisfaction for protective equipment and protec-tive facilities .Results ：Incidence of blood borne pathogens occupational ex-posure was 41 .74% .The reporting rate was 13 .65% .“Double gloves wear-ing during invasive procedures” and “Blood / take fluid splash possible protection”The implementation rate of were only 27 .43% and 34 .72% re-spectively .Protective measures were significantly different during nursing staff in different departments and in different levels of hospitals （P＆lt;0 .05）;There were significantly statistical differences in satisfaction for occupation protection environment and appliances in nursing staff in different depart-ments and different levels of hospitals （P＆lt;0 .01） .The degree of satisfac-tion of nurses in one grade Hospitals was less than that in two or three grade hospitals for occupation protection environment and tools .Conclu-sion ：Hospital managers should think highly of creating a safe occupational environment ,providing adequate protective equipment ,enhancing the train-ing and supervision of clinical nurses in the use of protective equipment and strengthening the management of post exposure .
