论述了知识经济时代高校图书馆的服务工作将存在竞争 ,特别是在信息服务领域高校图书馆在竞争中将面临严峻的考验 ;提出了提高核心竞争能力是高校图书馆获得竞争优势的基本条件和必然选择。
