摘要
本文介绍了隐含信息重组与知识创新的内容 ,认为隐含信息重组是信息研究的方向 ,知识创新的途径 ;基于人类认识事物的方法 ,系统论的方法和基于信息库和知识库的管理技术 ,进行隐含信息的重组与知识创新。
The Paper Introduces the recombination of implicit information and knowledge innovation,some instances are presented to elucidate it The author believes that the recombination of implicit information is the tendency of information research,and the way of knowledge innovation,the recombination and innovation can be conducted based on the method that people necognize things,the method of systematology and the managing techniques of information base and knowledge base
