摘要
对含杂质的无法直接配液的二氧化碲进行 Se、As脱除处理 ,选择的方法有煅烧法及还原法。煅烧法的Se脱除率为 90 .80 % ,As脱除率为 2 8.82 % ;还原法的 Se脱除率 89.91 % ,As脱除率为 77.79%。采用还原法进行生产 ,精碲一级品率达 1 0 0 %。
The test on removing selenium and arsenic from tellurium oxide has been carried out by roasting and reduction.The results show that the removal rate of arsenic are 28.82% and 77.79%,respectively.The removal rate of selenium are 90.88% and 89.9%,respectively.Treating this TeO 2 material by reduction,primary rate of refined tellurium can reach 100%.
