摘要
本文针对稀土氧化物超微粉末的研制 ,提出较好的制备方法 :沉淀转化法和喷雾热解法。指出其难点及研究方向 ,以大量详实的资料 ,对各种超微粉末制备技术进行比较 ,并说明了超微粉末的特性及应用。
Deposition inversion and pulverization pyrolysis are the better preparation methods on the study of rare earth oxide ultra micro powder.The difficulty and study direction is pointed out.On the lots of information,it compares the different preparation methods and explains the property and application of ultra micro powder.
