摘要
当今社会的竞争主要是人才能力的竞争,大学是人才培养的摇篮,通过日常的教学过程对学生进行能力培养至关重要。通过教师和学生身份的转变,案例导入法、理论教学模块化、总结式,实验教学预习制、开放式,理论考核经常化、科学化,实践考核多样化、实用化等教学内容、教学方法和考核方法等方面的的改革,建立起了能力培养的创新教学模式,使学生在牢固掌握基础知识的同时,能够独立的解决一些生产中与本课程相关的问题,并提高了学生的自主学习能力和不断创新的能力。
Obstract.In the modern society the ability of talents as well as the ability of creativity is necessary for people to adapt to the change of society. The university, acting as the cradle of elites, needs to cultivate students through daily educating. The research group set a new teaching pattern through the teacher and student identity conversion, case study method , modular teaching, assessment of diversification. With the new teaching pattern, students can get the hang of the basic knowledge along with obtaining the capability of solving problems relevant to this course. What is more, students＂ ability of self-study abilitr and creativ- ity are improvd dramatically.
