摘要 目的对单味中药生香附与传统建昌帮炮制法四制香附进行化学成分GC-MS分析,寻找炮制前后成分的差异性。方法建立生香附、四制香附醇提取液的GC-MS指纹图谱分析方法,鉴定生香附、四制香附醇提液成分。结果生香附共鉴定出80种成分、四制香附共鉴定出138种,其中四制香附新增加58种成分。结论香附炮制前后成分变化较大,且共有成分中α-香附酮等主要成分的含量均明显高于生香附,为进一步阐明传统建昌帮炮制技术的科学内涵奠定了基础。 Objective To analyze the chemical components in Rhizoma Cyperi processed with jianchangbang method by GC-MS. Methods Extracts from Rhizoma Cyperi and its processed pieces were analyzed by GC-MS and the fingerprints were established for the determination. Results 80 components were identified in Rhizoma Cyperi. 138 components were identified in processed Rhizoma Cyperi, and 58 compositions were new added. Conclusion The total contents were greatly changed after processed, and the contents of main components were higher, which was helpful to provide a good foundation for further research on Rhizoma cyperi and illuminate the characteristics of traditional processing technology.
