摘要
驻藏大臣制度是清朝政府在西藏最有效的施政工具,不论是堪平内乱、抵御外辱,还是抚恤百姓、维护宗教等其作用功不可没。作为治理边疆的一种措施,驻藏大臣制度发挥了它的历史作用。总结有关驻藏大臣制度的研究成果,对当今中央管理西藏有十分重要的意义。
The Amban System was the most effective measure of the Qing government in Tibet. It was very useful to hit civil strife, resist foreign aggression, compassionate people, maintain religion and so on. As being a measure of administering frontier region, the Amban System played an important part in Tibetan history. Therefore, to make a review study on the Amban System is very significant for China to administer Tibet today.
