摘要
建筑工业化是我国建筑业发展的必由之路,采用预制装配式结构体系新技术,减少了现场湿作业,具有节能环保、绿色施工的特点。通过预制装配式结构在南京上坊保障房项目上的应用,从施工组织、施工流程、质量控制、安全管理等方面进行了分析,为该技术的推广应用提供了经验。
Building industrialization is the only way for the development of China＇s construction industry.The new technology of prefabricated structural system is used to reduce on-site wet work, with energy saving and environmental protection, green construction features. Through application of prefabricated structures on the affordable housing project in Nanjing, the analysis is made from the construction organization, construction process, quality control, security management, which provides valuable experiences for the promotion and application of this technology.
