合理开展飞秒激光角膜屈光手术防范并发症 被引量:3

Rational performance of femtosecond laser assisted corneal refractive surgery against complication

摘要 飞秒激光角膜屈光手术的安全性及有效性已被大量的临床数据结果所证实,但其相对高昂的价格和高度的术后期望值使得该项技术必须获得完美的术后视觉质量,因此临床手术医师需要合理选择适应证,注意围手术期细节、加强防范其可能发生的问题.本文就临床尚需关注的要点进行评述,旨在防范相关并发症出现,消除潜在的医疗隐患,获得更加完美的术后视觉质量. Many clinical data have shown that the femtosecond assisted corneal refractive surgery is a safe and effective method for ammetropia.The perfect visual quality of post-operation must be achieved due to high price and high expectation from patients.Therefore,surgeons should select the indication carefully,pay more attention on procedure carefully and prevent from complications perioperative period.Some strategies on the key points are stated in this article in order to avoiding the complications related to femtosecond assisted corneal refractive surgery,to eliminating the potential medical trap and approaching to the perfect visual quality.
