材料缺口敏感性试验是测定或评价某一材料在静载荷的应力条件下和有缺口的情况下 ,抵抗裂缝扩展能力的一种方法。随着新钢种的不断增多 。
Material notch sensitivity test is a method which is used for certain material to measure and estimate the capability of resisting crack growth on the occasion of existing load stress and notch. With the inrease of new kind of steel, the notch sensitivity test has developed into one of the items in qualifying structural steel.
