Use vacuum pressure swing adsorption process （ VPSA ） to recycle effective gas from high pressure flash gas in four wet decarbonization units . The process not only recycles effective gas （ H2 recycling rate is 92% ） , but also reduces CO2 emission . The economic benefits are great .
