摘要
文章通过对我国自然资源、人口、体制、资金及劳动力素质五个方面的简要分析 ,认为这是制约我国劳动力就业的主要因素 。
Through the brief analysis on the five aspects: natural resources, population, system, funds and the quality of labourers in our country, the author figures out the main factors which have limited the laborer's employment. This provides an evidence for working out a new counter-measure.\;
