摘要
分别采用辗压法、空气负压法和超声引导法对T700-12K碳纤维丝束进行了薄层化处理并进行了性能对比试验。结果表明:薄化技术对碳纤维弹性模量没有影响。采用超声超导法产生的碳纤维薄层化效果最好,性能损失最低,且性能分散性最小。
T700-12K carbon fibers were spread as thin ply specimens by roller method, suction pressure method and supersonic & traction method, respectively. These specimens are tested to obtain the performance for comparison. The results show that the spreading methods have no effects on the elastic module of carbon fibers. Carbon fibers can be spread ideally by supersonic & traction method. The damage of the performance is lowest and the discrepancy of the performance of carbon fibers is lowest.
