MSWIFA制CSA水泥基材料的抗压强度和耐久性 被引量:2

Compressive Strength and Durability of Calcium Sulphoaluminate(CSA)Cement-Based Materials from Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Fly Ash(MSWIFA)

摘要 以垃圾焚烧飞灰(MSWIFA)为主要原料,在实验室成功烧制了硫铝酸钙(calcium sulphoaluminate,CSA)水泥熟料,试验研究了CSA水泥基材料的抗压强度和耐久性.结果表明:CSA水泥试样各龄期抗压强度与试验用对照水泥Ⅰ的抗压强度发展规律相近,早期强度发展较快,7d后强度增长趋缓;CSA水泥基材料有较好的防收缩、抗碳化、抗渗性及抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力;垃圾灰引入的大部分氯离子是以固定氯的形式存在于水泥熟料矿物和水化产物中的,而且随着水化程度深入进行,部分游离氯也能被固化在新生成的水化产物中. Municipal solid waste incineration fly ash(MSWIFA) was successfully used as raw material in sintering and preparing calcium sulphoaluminate(CSA) cement in laboratory. Compressive strength and durability of the CSA cement-based materials were studied. The results show that compressive strength of CSA cement has the similar developing trend with the control cement ~[ which develops fast in early curing age but after 7 d it increases slowly~ the CSA cement-based materials are well in resistance to shrinkage, carbonation, permeability, sulfate attack. The chloride from MSWIFA is immobilized into cement clinker and hydrated products. With hydration progress deepening, part of free-chloride could also be fixed in the new hydration products.
