摘要
中国的民族法学科是改革开放和民主法制建设时代的产物。民族法学是法学领域的重要学科,民族法制建设之民族法律法规体系是中国特色社会主义法律体系的重要组成部分。本文就民族法学科的发展历程做简要回顾,概述其历史使命的一些动态。
The discipline of Ethnic Law in China is the product of the time of reform and opening-up and the construction of democracy under the rule of law. It is an important discipline in the field of law. The system of ethnic law and regulations in constructing ethnic legal system constitutes an important part of the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics. This paper makes a brief retrospect of the development of the discipline and a general introduction to its historical missions.
