湖州市HIV-1流行毒株gag基因序列测定和亚型分析 被引量：2

摘要 本研究对近年来湖州市新发现的常住人口经WB确认阳性、未接受抗病毒治疗的HIV感染者血样中随机抽取88份样本进行PCR扩增和序列测定。利用ContigExpress软件对测序结果进行序列的拼接和编辑；使用美国洛斯阿拉莫斯国家实验室HIV核酸序列库（http：／／www．hiv．1anl．gov）提供的在线分析工具，对HIV—1gag基因型进行初步鉴定。
