摘要
目的评价基于运气学说的中医辨证论治治疗疾病的临床研究现状。方法全面检索中国知网、万方数据2个数据库,检索运气学说应用于中医辨证论治疾病的临床研究文献并进行评述。结果当前评价运气学说疗效的临床对照试验研究(包括随机对照试验和非随机同期对照试验)尚非常少见,且各研究的方法学质量均较低,运气学说诊疗疾病的个案报告论文数量相对略多,少量的个案难以代表总体,存在的偏倚大,因果关系的论证强度弱。结论现有的证据尚不能得出基于运气学说的中医辨证论治能提高中医临床疗效的确切结论。期望通过更多高质量的临床研究以评价和验证运气学说的临床应用价值。
Objective To review current situation of clinical research on TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment to treat diseases based on the theory of five circuits and six qi. Methods With a comprehensive search of CNKI and WanFang databases, retrieve and review clinical research literatures of five circuits and six qi theory applied to TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment. Results Currently, reviews of clinical controlled trials （including randomized controlled trials and non-randomized current controlled trials） on curative effects of five circuits and six qi theory were not commonly seen. Methodology was in a low quality for current researches. Numbers of case reports of five circuits and six qi theory on treating diseases were slightly more. A few case reports failed to represent generosity. Bias was relatively high and argument of cause and effect relation was week. Conclusion The conclusion that TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment based on five circuits and six qi theory can improve Chinese medicine clinical curative effect was not able to be made based on current evidence. It is expected to review and verify clinical application value of five circuits and six qi theory through more clinical researches with high quality.
