摘要
疏松砂岩储层孔隙度和渗透率都比较大,钻井过程中易发生漏失而造成井下事故,给钻井施工带来极大困难,严重制约疏松砂岩储层钻井技术的发展。结合目前最为先进的屏蔽暂堵理论,形成了一套优选屏蔽暂堵剂类型的新方法。并依据最小二乘法思想,编制了屏蔽暂堵剂优选软件。利用该软件优选了适合于BHDY区块的屏蔽暂堵剂。并对添加了该暂堵剂的钻井液体系进行室内评价实验,评价结果表明:滤失量明显降低,渗透率恢复值有了很大程度的提高,说明屏蔽暂堵技术在疏松砂岩油层具有良好的应用价值和重要的现实意义。
The porosity and permeability are very big in loose sandstone reservoir.It is easy to cause complex drilling troubles by losing in drilling process,which brings great difficulties to the drilling operations and seriously restricts development of drilling technology in loose sandstone reservoirs.Combining the most advanced shielding and temporary plugging theory,a new method for optimizing the types of shielded temporary plugging agents was formed.And based on the least squares method,the software is drawn up for optimizing shielded temporary plugging agents and calculating ratio.The shielded temporary plugging agents for BHDY area are optimized with this software.Laboratory experiments were done for evaluating the system added temporary plugging drilling fluid.The results show that the filtration reduced significantly,and permeability recovery value has improved greatly.This indicates that it has good application value and the important practical significance in loose sandstone reservoir.
