Firstly, the article analyses the emphases of m arket research, secondly, it points out the importance of enriching commodity va rieties and gives some suggestion, finally it expounds that customer satisfactio n service will play a key role in the development of supermarket and shows the m easures about establishing customer satisfaction movement.
