摘要
随着应用领域的拓展,现有的理论体系和管理体制已不适应新时期国民经济动员发展的需要,迫切需要在核心理念、基本理论、管理方式和组织模式等方面进行新的探索。重点介绍一致性算法及其在国防经济动员中的应用。
With the development of our society, the current theoretical and management system can not meet the needs of national economy mobilization development; there is an urgent need for new exploration in its core eoncepts, basic theory, management and organizational models. This article introduces eonsistency algorithm and its application in Economic Mobilization for National Defense.
