摘要 介绍了铜 /钢反向凝固及加工变形复合的工艺过程 ,利用光学显微镜和扫描电镜等手段分析了铜和钢界面形态、组织结构·在Instron拉伸机上测定了铜 /钢界面的结合强度·结果表明 ,经预处理的钢丝表面呈现细微的凸凹不平状态 ,特别有利于液态铜在钢丝表面异质形核、凝固、结晶 ,使铜和钢的晶粒在界面上相互镶嵌 ,达到良好结合·此外 ,CS线再经加工变形后 ,伴随着晶粒的拉长和界面的扩展 ,导致晶粒间相互插入 ,机械咬合能力加强 ,使铜 /钢界面结合强度进一步提高· The process of Cu steel inversion casting and deforming is studied to gain good bond between them. The Cu steel interface shape and microstructure were examined by means of optical microscope and electronic microscope. The bonding intensity of the Cu steel interface was tested on the instron tensile machine. The results indicate that the surface of the steel wire becomes rugged in small size after the pretreatment which is very good for formation, solidification and crystallization of liquid Cu on the rugged surface of steel wire and also makes grain refinement of Cu steel inlaying each other on the interface with good bonding. Moreover, grain refinement helps the insertion of Cu steel each other and the increase of mechanical clasp after redeformation accompanying with long drawing and further grain refinement to produce a strong Cu steel interface bonding.
