乙二醇回收和脱盐技术在番禺项目中的研究及应用 被引量:9

摘要 随着海洋石油深水开发战略的实施,乙二醇的回收和脱盐作为深水油气田开发流动性保障的一项关键技术,越来越多地引起了各大石油公司和研究院所的重视,并在一些油气田中得到了应用。由于该技术的复杂性,其集预处理、再生及脱盐于一体的MRU模块的设计能力,只掌握在国外为数不多的几个企业手中,脱盐环节作为其中一项最重要的技术目前处于逐步成熟的发展阶段,在国内海洋石油领域中的应用尚属于初期发展阶段。本文结合乙二醇回收和脱盐技术在世界范围内的发展历程,对传统的乙二醇再生装置进行了总结,详细阐述了南海深水番禺项目乙二醇回收和脱盐系统的主要流程和设备特点,对设备选型和流程控制方案进行了分析,总结其推广实施的意义,为今后深水及综合性大型气田开发工程中同类设备的选型和应用提供借鉴。 With the implementation of the strategy for the development of offshore oil in deep water, mono-ethylene glycol recovery and desalting, as one of the key technologies of flow assurance in deep water oil and gas field development, attracted more and more attention of oil companies and research institutes, and had been applied in some oil and gas field. Because of the complexity of technology, the design ability in the integration of pretreatment, regeneration and desalting integrating into the MRU module, is only in the hands of few foreign enterprises. Desalination process as one of the most important technologies of the development is now in a mature stage of development, but the application in the domestic offshore oil only in an early development stage. Combined with the development of mono-ethylene glycol recovery and desalting technology in the world scope, this paper summarized regeneration device of traditional mono-ethylene glycol; elaborated main process and characteristics of the equipment of glycol recovery and desalination package in Pan Yu project; analyzed the selection of equipment and process control scheme; and summarized the significance of the implementation, which provided a reference to the selection and application of similar equipment for deep water and comprehensive large-scale gas field development project in the future.
