摘要
1997年以来 ,我国经济发生了从短缺到过剩的根本转型 ,进入 1999年以后 ,更是出现了全面过剩的局面 ,随着全面过剩的出现 ,市场对收入增长的约束加强 ,提高利润率成为企业发展的关键。论述了产业组织结构调整对提高我国企业利润率的重要意义 。
Since 1997,Chinese economy has changed from shortage to overflow.And full overflow appeared in 1999.Therefore,restrition of market for income increase is strengthened.How to improve profit rate has become the key to development of enterprises.In this paper, the importance of industrial organization structure adjustment to improve profit rate and the combination of strength in structure adjustment are pointed out.
