摘要
在装载机工作装置计算机辅助设计过程中 ,建立正确、恰当的数学模型是相当重要的 理想的数学模型不仅能正确描述对象 ,而且便于计算分析 一般装载机工作装置六连杆或八连杆机构的设计常常选取以机架为坐标平面的绝对坐标系 ,建立数学模型 ,以便直观反映机构的运动轨迹 而一些新开发用来满足多种作业要求的复合连杆机构的设计用此方法建模则很麻烦 ,不利于工作装置计算机仿真设计 文中以Caterpillar公司一种新型连杆工作装置为例 ,讨论一种建立在相对坐标系下的数学模型 ,并用此模型在微机上进行动态模拟 。
It is very important to build a model correctly during the CAD process of the working device in loaders. A good model can be used to not only describe the object exactly, but also compute and analyze expediently. In 6-connecting rods or 8-connecting rods of traditional working device, the absolute reference frame with the base as a coordinate plane is used. But when this reference frame is used to the new type of multiplex connecting rod, which can satisfy the reguirements of the manifold works, the modeling is very troublesome and inconvenient to the simulation. In the article, a new type of connecting rod made by Caterpillar Company is taken as an example, the compact modeling method based on the relative reference frame is discussed and the saticfactory result is obtained.
