摘要
由霍尔效应基本关系式 ,磁感应强度B可以分解为坐标轴向量Bx 和By·利用这个原理和传统的磁场测试仪器CT 3型特斯拉计 ,开发出一种新型的磁场测试方法矢量合成法·与传统的磁场测试方法相比 ,该法不仅能测试出磁场磁感应强度的大小 ,而且能同时测出其方向·测试结果表明 ,用该法所测得的流动控制结晶器磁场分布特性 ,很好地描绘了磁感应强度的实际分布情况·该法适用于测试恒稳磁场·
A new method of vector synthesis to measure magnetic field in the FC Mold with the model CT 3 Tesla meter is presented in order to understand the actual distribution of magnetic field for optimization of flow field in the mold. Magnetic flux density B is a vector, it not only has the value but also has the direction. Only the value of magnetic flux density B could be obtained by the convetional measuring method of magnetic field. According to the basic formula of Hall's effect, the magnetic flux density B could be divided into two coordinate vectors B x and B y. Therefore, both the value and the direction of magnetic flux density at one point in the magnetic field could be easily obtained at the same time through the measurement of the coordinate vectors B x and B y by using the new method. The measured results show that the new method is very accurate to measure static magnetic field.
