摘要
红菇属是一类重要的外生菌根真菌 ,许多种具有食用和药用价值。本文在对福建闽西正红菇生态环境考察的基础上 ,对红菇属的种类、共生关系、生态研究概况及其应用加以综述。
Russula is a kind of important ecotomycorrhizal fungi.Many species of this genus have edible and pharmaceutical value.Based on a surveg of the ecological environment of R.vinosa Lindbl.in the west part of Fujian Province,the species diversity and symbiosis of the Russula,as well as the outline of the ecological studies and of its application were summarized in this paper.
