摘要
采用热压缩实验研究了铸态18-8型奥氏体不锈钢在1000-1200℃温度区间,变形速率在5×10-3-1×10-1s-1之间的热变形行为,获得了在热变形条件下该不锈钢的热变形方程式及其它热变形参数.比较了铸态与锻态奥氏体不锈钢的热变形行为,结果表明,铸态奥氏体不锈钢的热变形需要更高的流变应力,但当温度较高和变形速率较小时,两者间的差别逐渐减小。
Hot deformation behavior of an as-cast 18-8 type austenitic stainless steel was investigated in a strain rate range of 5×10-3-1×10-1 s-1 and at a temperature range of 1000-1200℃ hot compression testing. The hot deformation equation, and deformation parameters were obtained by using the testing results. The difference of hot deformation behavior between the as-cast and as- wrought steels was compared and the result indicates that the flow stress of hot deformation for the as-cast steel is higher than that for the as-wrought steel but their difference becomes smaller when the deformation temperature is higher and the strain rate is lower.
