摘要
研究了大面积送粉激光熔覆搭接技术—搭接系数选择的理论依据 ,推导出搭接条件下粉末有效利用系数和稀释率的表达式 ,并利用金相检测出的熔覆层宏观参数及相关的物理参数对不同搭接条件下的粉末有效利用系数ε和稀释率
The fundamental investigation on overlapping processes was carried out systematically.The criterion to select overlapping fraction is formulated based on structure and properties of single powder feeding laser cladding.The experimental method for determining the rate of dilution and the effective utilization coefficient of powder was designed.By varying the overlapping fraction and overlapping order,coating with different thickness was obtained.The results of experiment were analysed based on metallographical measurement.
