摘要
本文简要介绍了生产过程仿真的基本概念 ,并结合一条砂处理线改造的实例介绍了生产仿真技术在铸造业中的应用 ,阐述了建立计算机生产仿真模型的过程和基本方法 ,仿真模型的验证 ,以及如何利用仿真模型模拟和评估不同的生产方案。
This paper gives a brief introduction of production simulation and an application to reconstruction of sand preparation system.According to the characteristics of foundry system,this paper also discusses how to build a production simulation model of the foundry system,how to validate the simulation model and how to evaluate different schemes using the simulation model.
