摘要
对辽宁省98名幼儿园男教师进行《工作满意度调查量表》和《领悟社会支持量表》的调查发现,家庭支持、朋友支持、其他支持与幼儿园男教师对工作本身、发展、工资、奖励、管理者、人际关系的满意度呈正相关,尤其是对男教师对工作本身、发展及工资的满意程度有显著影响。据此,研究者建议,家庭、朋友、幼儿园等方面应给予幼儿园男教师更多支持,以提高幼儿园男教师的工作满意度。
Using "Job Satisfaction Survey" and "Perceived Social Support Scale", this study investigated 98 male kindergarten teachers from Liaoning Province. The results show that family support, friend support, and support from others are positively correlated with job, promotion, remuneration, rewards, supervisors, and interpersonal relationships, especially with job, promotion, and remuneration. Based on the research, the author suggests that family, friend, kindergarten should provide more efficient support to male kindergarten teachers in order to increase male kindergarten teachers' lob satisfaction.
