摘要
目的：探讨分析老年人根面龋发病因素，为根面龋防治提供最佳治疗方案。方法：对2009—2012年我院门诊532例老年人根面龋患者临床资料分析。结果：患者年龄、饮食习惯、牙龈萎缩、菌斑指数与根面龋相关，且多发于磨牙，前磨牙近远中面多发。结论：牙龈萎缩、菌斑指数、饮食习惯、年龄增长是根面龋发生的危险因素。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the factors of root caries in the elderly and to provide the best party for root caries prevention. METHOD： 532 Elderly patients with root caries in 2009 -2012 in our hospital were analysised. RESULT： Age, diet, plaque index and gingival atrophy were related to root surface caries and it was multiple in molar. CONCLUSION ： Gingival recession, plaque index, diet and age are the risk factors of root surface caries.
