TCF7L2基因多态性与妊娠期糖尿病相关性 被引量：1

摘要 自发现转录因子7类似物2（TCF7L2）基因多态性与成人2型糖尿病（T2DM）相关以来,该结论在不同人种中得到广泛证实,T2DM在我国汉族人发病率和患病率逐年升高。同样近年来,妊娠期糖尿病（GDM）在全人类多种族尤其是发展中国家的发病率正呈逐年上升趋势,其患病率在亚洲妇女中约为5%~10%,并且该比例在某些发展中国家包括中国不断上升。有学者认为GDM就是2型糖尿病的早期阶段,因此推测两者有相似的遗传背景。大量的回顾性研究得出证据支持,GDM与2型糖尿病有着相同的几种危险因素,包括遗传因素。因此本文对GDM与该基因（TCF7L2）目前的关系及可能相关发病机制、对母婴的影响进行相关论述。
