摘要
文化在语言学习中有着举足轻重的地位,要学好一门语言,必须了解并熟悉该国的文化。文章从语言与文化的关系入手,探讨了文化背景知识的导入在大学英语教学中的现状及其重要性,并提出了文化背景知识导入的方法。
Culture plays a decisive role in language learning, to learn a foreign language, understanding and being familiar with the culture of the country is necessary. This paper, starting from the relationship between language and culture, probes into the present situation and its importance of the introduction of cultural background knowledge in college English teaching, and puts forward the methods of introduction of cultural background knowledge.
