摘要
本文在对"胜任力"作出概述的基础上,结合高校辅导员的工作性质,对高校辅导员应具备的"胜任力"构成要素进行了分析。
This paper, on the basis of the overview of ＂ competency＂ , combining with the job nature of university counselors, analyzes the factors of ＂ competency＂ that college counselors should possess.
