摘要
校企合作不仅是培养高技能应用型人才的重要途径,也是提升高职院校教师实践能力的一条有效渠道。课题组通过对高职院校教师实践能力的问卷调查和反馈结果的分析,发现目前在我国开展校企深度合作以提升高职院校教师的实践能力这一举措势在必行。本文分析了国内外的研究现状、高职院校教师实践能力现状,并给出校企合作提升高职院校教师实践能力的策略。
School- enterprise cooperation is not only an important way to cultivate applied tal- ents with high skills, but also an effective channel to enhance the practical ability of teachers in Higher Vocational colleges. Through analysis of the questionnaire survey towards practical ability of higher vocational college teachers and feedback result, the research group discovers that at present in our country to carry out school - enterprise in - depth cooperation to promote higher vocational college teachers＇ practical ability is imperative. This paper analyzes the research status at home and abroad, practical ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges, and the strategy of school - enterprise cooperation to improve the practical ability of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges.
