某养殖场鸡源粪肠球菌分离鉴定及耐药性研究 被引量:11

摘要 本文从辽宁某鸡场100份肉鸡盲肠拭子中分离获得粪肠球菌24株,通过ATB细菌鉴定仪进行鉴定确认为粪肠球菌,并对这24株粪肠球菌进行了14种抗生素的药敏试验。结果显示,粪肠球菌对青霉素、万古霉素、氨苄西林和替拉考宁敏感;对红霉素、氯霉素、环丙沙星、四环素、左氧氟沙星和奎奴普汀/达福普汀耐药,耐药率均达到100.0%,养殖场抗菌药物耐药严重。 In this paper, 24 strains of Enterococcus faecalis were isolated from 100 cecum swabs of broilers in a farm, Liaoning Provence and identified as Enterococcus faecalis through the ATB bacterial identification instrument. Their drug sensitivity was tested against 14 antibiotics. The results showed they were sensitive to Penicillin, Vancomycin, ampicillin and Teicoplanin, resis-tant against Toerythromycin, Chloramphenicol, Ciprofloxacin, tetracycline, levofloxacin and Dalfo-pristin, the resistance rate reached 100%. According to the results, the bacteria from the broil-ers in the farm were resistant to antimicrobial drugs seriously.
