288例预防接种疫苗的婴幼儿采用两种护理方法的效果比较 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨两种护理婴幼儿预防接种疫苗的方法和效果的比较,对幼儿接种百白破疫苗和乙型肝炎疫苗的护理出现的局部性不良反应的影响,同时调查家长在孩子接受接种疫苗后的观点进行了解。方法我们选择了2008年10月1日之后出生的儿童进行研究,将288例接种两种疫苗幼儿进行分组,随机分为两个小组,每组各144例患者,对两组婴幼儿在临床上的护理干预后与用常规性护理后出现的局部不良反应状况进行分析,采用调查问卷的方式对家长在婴幼儿接受疫苗后的满意度进行调查,同时对两种护理方法得到不同效果进行比较分析。结果调查结果显示,常规护理组出现的不良反应比护理干预组高,差异有统计学意义。结论对这两种护理进行分析得出,运用有效的护理干预比运用常规性护理的不良反应少,所以有效的护理干预是一种值得推荐的护理方法。
