摘要
目的观察中西医结合康复护理对缺血性中风治疗的临床效果。方法 120例病例随机分为对照和治疗组。前者采用西医疗法,后者采用中西医结合康复护理,疗程均为14 d。结果治疗后两组总有效率分别为91.67%、76.67%,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合康复护理疗法优于西医治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined with rehabilitation nursing on the treatment of ischemic stroke of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine. Methods 120 patients were randomly divided into control and treatment groups. The former useswestern medicine therapy, which is the combination of Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation nursing, treatment for 14 days. Results After treatment, the total efifciency of two groups were 91.67%, 76.67%, with a signiifcant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation therapy is better than western medicine treatment conclusion combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
