Enzyme Engineering in the Industrial Production of β-lactam Antibiotics

摘要 在激烈竞争的 β -内酰胺抗生素工业中 ,酶法生产因其高效、低成本、安全无污染和质量稳定等优点脱颖而出。本文根据 β -内酰胺抗生素工业的生产近况 ,对酶的生产和稳定化、酶法水解以及酶法合成 β -内酰胺抗生素这些酶法生产的关键步骤提出对策。酶工程将推动我国 β The industrial production of β-lactam antibiotics is undergoing an intensive competition. Enzyme processes are much prospective due to its high efficiency, low cost, safety, non-contamination and steady production. According to the status of β-lactam antibiotics production, some strategies are proposed in this article on preparation and stabilization of enzymes, production of semi-antibiotics by using genetic engineering, side direction mutagenation and enzyme engineering for enzyme-catalyzed hydrolysis and synthesis. Application of enzyme engineering will prompt the process of domestic enzyme production in β-lactam antibiotics.
