摘要
文章以西藏农牧区金融生态环境为研究对象,利用1990-2011年20年间数据,运用因子分析法对农牧区金融生态环境进行评价,分析结果得出西藏农牧区整体金融生态环境不断改善,特别是2005年以来发展速度明显提升。并从促进农牧区经济发展、发展金融市场、改善信用法律环境与建立和谐的政府服务环境四个方面,提出进一步改善西藏农牧区金融生态环境的建议。
In this paper, by applying the method of factor analysis, we evaluated the financial ecological environment of Tibet＇s agricultural and pastoral areas, using data that covered 20 years, from 1990 to 2011. The results showed that the overall financial ecological environment of agricultural and pastoral areas of Tibet has been improving continuously. Especially since 2005, the development speed occurred an obvious increase. Finally, according to the evaluation result, we proposed four aspects to work on in order to improve the financial ecological environment of Tibet＇s agricultural and pastoral areas. These four aspects are promoting economic development in pastoral areas, financial market development, improving the legal environment of credit, establishment of a harmonious government service environment.
