摘要
构建高校院系本科教学工作水平评估指标体系,首先要明确院系本科教学工作水平评估的必要性与重要意义,明确以人为本的评估指导思想和工作思路,然后才能确定其指标体系设计的原则。高校院系本科教学评估指标体系的基本构架分为共性和特性两个指标模块。共性指标模块以办学基础条件为主体,突出优化教学资源的投入与有效利用,共有六个共性一级指标,权重比例占70%;特性指标模块以"本科教学工程"为核心,突出专项建设与教学改革创新、示范引领的特色,设两个一级指标,权重比例占30%。在评估周期选择上可采用一年一度的常规教学检查和三年一轮院系评估相结合的形式。
To construct university undergraduate teaching evaluation index system,firstly its necessity and sig-nificance,people-oriented guiding theory and working thoughts must be made clear,and then assessment indica-tor design principles can be established.The main structure of university undergraduate teaching evaluation in-dex system is composed of two index modules:commonness and specialty.The former centers school infrastruc-ture,and optimizes the investment of teaching resources and the efficiency of application.It includes six first-level indexes,with a weight ratio of 70%.The latter centers undergraduate teaching project,and gives promi-nence to special construction,teaching reform,and instructive demonstration.It has two first-level indexes,with a weight ratio of 30%.The choice of evaluation cycle needs the connection of yearly conventional teaching examination and three-year-round university evaluation.
