摘要
在人力资源管理本科专业学生人数不断上升、实习单位难找的背景下,如何提升学生专业技能与实践能力是其人才培养无法回避的问题。通过设计人力资源管理"专业核心技能综合训练校内实训项目"的教学内容,同时注重设计实践教学的实施细节与操作流程,并将其注入到专业实习环节来具体实施;在实践教学内容设计与教学实施过程中突出其综合性、集中性与实务性三大特点,从而达到夯实学生专业核心技能、回避实习单位难找、丰富学生专业实践经验的三重功效。
Nowadays,the number of human resources management undergraduates is constantly rising and it is difficult to find internships.How to enhance students' professional skills and practical ability is an inevitable question.By designing and implementing some intramural training practices,giving prominence to its implementation details and operating process,students can put them into practice.Three characteristics: synthesis,concentration and practice should be emphasized in designing teaching contents and teaching practices.Thereby this project is to bring forth three effects: reinforcing students' professional skills,solving the difficulty of finding internships,and enriching students' practical experience.
