摘要
大学时期是大学生社会化进程中的重要阶段,大学生社会化程度影响着大学生的成长与成才,关系着大学生的社会适应力。随着互联网技术的发展和大学生交往需求的多样化,大学生网络社团成为大学生社团发展的新趋势,它对大学生这一群体产生了非常重要的影响。从探究大学生网络社团对大学生社会化的作用机制入手,提出大学生网络社团管理的相关对策,为高校的学生教育管理工作提供参考,使大学生网络社团更好地为大学生社会化服务。
University phase is important to university students＇ socialization.The degree of university students＇ socialization has an essential effect on university students＇ growth and social adaptability.With the development of the Internet technologies and the university students＇ growing demands for diversified communications,network association has been the new development tendency of university students＇ associations that exert an important influence on university students.The article aims to analyze the function mechanism of network association to university students＇ socialization.What＇s more,some suggestions are put forward as references to the management of network associations and students＇ education,so that they can serve university students＇ socialization better.
