摘要
推进新莞人基本公共服务均衡化,既是落实党的十八大关于创新社会管理的精神、构建和谐东莞的重要内容,也是保障东莞市社会经济可持续发展的现实选择。本文立足于东莞市推行新莞人基本公共服务均衡化的实践,在分析新莞人对东莞市社会经济发展影响的基础上,总结了政府对新莞人管理的经验和不足,着重探讨东莞市推进新莞人基本公共服务均衡化的目标方向和政策路径。
Basic public service equalization to the new residents in Dongguan, is an important part of innovating the social management and building a harmonious Dongguan, It is also the realistic choice of protecting the sustainable development of social economy in Dongguan city. According to the practice in Dongguan City, This paper analysed the effects of the new residents on social and economic development in Dongguan City, summed up the experience and deifciency in the management of new residents;and put forward the direction and policy path to advance the basic public service equalization to the new residents in Dongguan city.
