摘要
本次试验采用琼扩和补体结合反应分别检测了羽髓、肝脏和蛋清中的禽白血病病毒抗原,两种方法对不同材料的检测结果具有较高的相关性,符合率达90.2%~91.7%。检查16日龄鸡胚肝的结果表明,白血病鸡并不是向所有的后代鸡胚传递病毒的,而是呈间歇性的排毒。在感染母鸡的蛋清中存在着高浓度的病毒群特异性抗原,蛋清样品易于采集和处理,是当前检测禽白血病的理想材料。
Immuno-diffusion and complement fixation test -were; compared for their ability to detect avian leukosis viral antigen in feather pulp. Liver extract and egg albumen. Data showed a relatively high concordance, ranging from 90.2% to 91.7%, between two methods with various materials. Analysis of test results form 16-bay old embryo liver extracts had shown that infacted hens may intermittently shed virus into their off spring embryos. Egg albumen was recomended for routine detection of avian leukosis virus, because it had high concentrations of viral group specific because it had high concentrations of viral group specific antigen and was simple for collecton or treatment.
