Low strength similar material proportioning test based on orthogonal design

摘要 为准确地配出满足相似模拟试验需求的低强度相似材料,以沙子为骨料,粉煤灰和石膏为胶结料,采用正交试验的方法进行配比试验研究.试验结果表明:不同配比相似材料的力学参数分布范围较大,能满足不同比例模拟试验对相似材料的要求;相似材料的抗压强度和弹性模量皆随砂胶比和胶结物比例的增加呈现明显的减小趋势,砂胶比与材料的抗压强度和弹性模量近似呈线性关系,胶结物比例与材料的强度和弹性模量近似呈现乘幂关系;采用极差分析法分析了砂胶比和胶结物比例的敏感度,并作出了其对相似材料力学参数影响的直观分析图,胶结物比例较砂胶比对材料的抗压强度和弹性模量的影响皆更为显著.该成果对相似模型材料配比的选取具有定的参考价值和指导意义. In order to confect the low strength similar material accurately which can meet the requirement to similar simulation test, the similar material mixed by sand, flyash and plaster was studied by orthogonal design. The tests results show that mechanical indexes of similar material vary in a large range and can meet the needs for similar material in different physical model test. The compression strength and elastic modulus of the similar material are both decreasing with the increase of sand-binder ratio and cement ratio. The relation between sand-binder ratio and compression strength of the material is linear relation, and the relation between sand-binder ratio and elastic modulus is the same. The relation between cement ratio and compression strength is power relation, and the relation between cement ratio and elastic modulus is the same. The sensitivity of sand-binder ratio and cement ratio was analyzed by using extremum difference method and the relationship between factors and parameters were studied by direct analysis charts of the factors affecting mechanical indexes. The influence of cement ratio to compression strength and elastic modulus is more remarkable than sand-binder ratio.
