摘要 针对露天矿开采程序的优化决策涉及因素多,既有定量因素,又有定性因素,提出一种基于三标度互补判断及隶属度函数的改进模糊层次分析法,详述了主要思路及使用步骤.将该方法应用于露天矿开采程序的改进模糊评判,确定了具体指标、权重及专家评价准则.通过对安太堡露天矿三采区开采程序方案的实例优化应用,结果表明:该方法可大大提高露天采矿工程决策的可靠性和有效性,同肘验证了同步追踪式内排露天矿,采煤采用半连续工艺后,将现有的集中区块式开采境界划分为长条式,可以最大限度地避免采场大幅度转向带来的大量外排量,从而降低人为造成的巨大浪费. There are many factors affecting the decision of mining sequence optimization in surface mines, including quantitative factors and qualitative factors. This paper put forward an improved Fuzzy AHP based on three standard degree complementary judgment and membership functions, and described the main ideas and use steps. The application of this method in improved fuzzy evaluation of open-pit mining sequence determined concrete targets, the weights and evaluation criteria of the experts. Through the application of this method in mining sequence optimization of the third mining area in the Antaibao surface mine, the results indicate that the method can greatly improve the reliability and validity of the mining decision, and was verified with the synchronous tracking type surface mine of internal waste dump when using the semi-continuous process mining method, dividing the existing centralized block mining boundary into strip-shaped, and it Can maximatily avoid the great amount of external waste dump when the mining pit turn sharply, thereby reducing the enormous man-made waste.
