摘要
以长兴县电力调控中心的"大运行"体系建设推进和实施过程为例,指出应及时了解员工的思想状态,认真分析员工的需求,有针对性地解决问题,加强职工培训和学习,以及安全风险评估和承载力分析,以确保"大运行"过程中的安全生产.
Taking Changxing county power control center in the ＂Big Run＂ propulsion system construction and implementation process for an example, it is put forward that it is necessary to timely understand the state of mind of employees, to carefully analyze their needs, to solve specific problems,to strengthen the employee＇ s training, to carry out safety and risks assessment, and beating capacity analysis so as to ensure production safety in the process of the ＂Big Run＂.
