摘要
从内因和外因两方面分析了各类事故的原因.讨论了一种新的改进压板标识,既明显提高了压板状态投、退的正确性,杜绝了压板投错的可能性,为安全运行打下基础,同时也为压板检查工作提供了依据,便于责任考核、加强管理.
The causes of accidents are analyzed from both internal and external aspects, and an improved plate identification is discussed, which improves the correctness of state investment, back plate, and lays the foundation for the safe operation, and at the same time offers advice on plate inspection work behavior, which helps responsibility assessment and tightens up the management.
